Service Information:

• Order Early: Orders placed before the holiday will be processed as planned. During the Spring Festival, most sellers will be on holiday, so we recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.
• Order Processing: Orders and packages submitted during the holiday will be processed in sequence starting from February 6, 2025, after the holiday ends.
• Package Shipping: Packages submitted before January 19, 2025 will be shipped as scheduled.
• Service Suspension: Customer support, order processing, warehouse inspection, and logistics services will be suspended during the holiday period.
