Kindly Reminder 1 : Timeliness of Application Acceptance
Your application for order cancellation or product return/refund will be accepted within the specified time, and then we will negotiate with the seller. The specific time is as follows:
For orders under “Payment Pending”, “Unprocessed” and “Verifying” status, the application will be accepted immediately;
For orders under “Processing” status, the application will be accepted within 24 hours;
For orders under “Purchased” status, the application will be accepted within 72 hours;
For orders under “Shipped”, “Signed”, “Arrived”, “Warehouse Stock-in”, “Warehouse Stock-in” and “Signed” status, the application will be accepted within 48 hours;
For orders under “Purchased” status, the application will be accepted within 2 working days.
Kindly Reminder 2 : Estimated Time of Refund Completion
Successfully paid orders,once your application for order cancellation or product return has been verified, we will refund the transaction amount to your Greetbuy account balance. The estimated time is as follows:
For orders under “Payment Pending”, “Unprocessed” and “Verifying” status, the refund will be completed immediately;
For orders under “Processing” status, the refund will be completed within 24 hours;
For orders under “Purchased” status, the refund will be completed within 72 hours;
For orders under “Shipped”, “Signed”, “Arrived”, “Warehouse Stock-in”, “Purchased”, “Warehouse Stock-in” and “Signed” status, the time of refund completion will be subject to the sellers (probably 7 -15 days).
Note:
1. For orders under “Purchased” and “Warehouse Stock-in” status, only the payment for product will be refunded (The purchasing service fee is non-refundable).
2. In the event that the order cannot be delivered due to product shortage or other force majeure factors, the purchasing service fee will be refunded upon the cancellation of the order.
3. The refund of the cancelled order will be calculated according to the exchange rate at the time of payment.
