August 7: User A confirms receipt of the parcel on Greetbuy platform.

After-sales Service Validity Period for the parcel of User :7 days August 7-Auqust 14).

(45 days-Days of Delivery) < 7 Days 45 days-Days of Delivery

August 1: User submits a parcel for international delivery. Greetbuy dispatch the parcel on the same day.

September 9: User A confirms receipt of the parcel on Greetbuy platform.

After-sales Service Validity Period for the parcel of User A:5days(September 9-September 14)

Unconfirmed Receipt 45 days-Days of Delivery 45 days-Days of Delivery

August 1: User submits a parcel for international delivery. Greetbuy dispatch the parcel on the same day.

User A does not confirm receipt of the parcel on Greetbuy platform.

After-sales Service Validity Period for the parcel of User A:End on the 45th day from August 1.

Defineitions

1. "Confirmed Receipt" means the user operates on Greetbuy via "My Parcer" to confirm the user has collected the corresponding parcel and found no the products within.

2.  "Days of Dellvery" is the number of calendar days counted from the date when the parcel exits Greetbuy warehouse to the date of calculation.

Notes

1. Route to After-sales Service:"My Parcel" -Corresponding Order-"Apply for After-sales Service".

When you apply for after-sales service, please describe your problem in detail and upload photos of the packaging of the parcel as well as the products. Greetbuy will process your application as Notes soon as possible and reply with a solution(including but not limited to refund, return,and exchange).

2. Greetbuy have the right not to provide after-sales service for your parcel if the logistics updates shows your parcel has been received for no less than 3 days.
